Welcome, my name is Mike Perri and I am a personal trainer in the Denver metro area. I provide general conditioning, sport specific conditioning and post-rehab training services. I have been in the personal training industry since 2004 and have worked with a wide ranging clientele, from stay-at-home-moms to collegiate athletes. Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain weight, train for sport or overcome an injury, I can help. I specialize in creating effective, efficient and safe fitness routines that are individualized based on each client’s goals, current fitness level, and injury status. A typical 60 minute session includes:
- Dynamic Warm Up
- Core Work (abs, low back, glutes, balance)
- Free Weight Circuits (number of exercises, sets, and reps depends on your goals)
- Cardio Intervals
- Flexibility Training (assisted static stretching of the lower and upper body)
In addition to this, a Body Composition Analysis is also included with each training program.
Sessions can be held at your home or at the Busy Body gym near Colorado Blvd. and Yale Ave (photos of the gym can be found at http://nextlevelstrength.com/locations.htm).
